Monica Stynchula, CEO & Founder, REUNIONCare, Inc.

 

Monica is the CEO & Founder of REUNIONCare, Inc. located at the Innovation Lab @ Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg Florida. Member of the USA Small Business Administration National Women’s Business Council. Served on the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration Telehealth Advisory Council which developed Florida’s first comprehensive Telehealth statute.  Former member of the AARP Florida Executive Council.

Monica received her MSW and MPH from the University of Pittsburgh. Lifetime member of the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society.    Distinguished Alumnus Recipient at Seton Hill University.  Graduate of the USA Office of National Coordination HITECH health information specialist completing her designations as HIT Pro and CPHIMSS.


 

Kelly Louk, Executive Director, The Heritage Inn

 

Kelly Louk has been Executive Director of The Heritage Inn & Assisted Living since 2010 and is a Licensed Practical Nurse after graduating from the Richmond School of Health and Technology in 2006.  She is a member of the LVN / LPV Professional Nurses Association, Virginia Long Term Care Network, and the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.    Kelly led the integration of artificial intelligence powered smart speakers for the Heritage Inn in 2019 to increase safety and communications and reduce isolation and depression across 100% of residents and staff.

Nicole Summers, Administrator, Friendship Village Assisted Living and Memory Care

 

Nicole joined Friendship Village Assisted Living and Memory Care as Senior Living Specialist in October 2014, after many years of experience in the long-term care pharmacy industry. Along with a passion for serving seniors, she brings her in-depth knowledge of customer service and solid experience in sales & marketing to her role at Friendship Village.  In January 2017, she took the helm of the Friendship Village Assisted Living and Memory Care community and has completed her administrator’s license.

Constant Companion, a  Sarasota, Florida voice and video technology provider, will be hosting the first of three virtual Town Hall meetings for Assisted Living Facilities across the country who are experiencing  dramatic operational changes.
